Junior Leadership Team
This program aims to build students' self-confidence, enhance their leadership skills, observation abilities, collaboration, and communication skills through various group activities and volunteer services, allowing them to realize their personal potential. The main objectives of the program are:
1. To discover students' individual abilities and strengths, increasing their sense of self-efficacy.
2. To improve students' social communication skills and sense of belonging.
